SHIP CREWING:
Recruitment and deployment of qualified shipboard personnel following strict selection procedures of candidates through interviews, personal history verification and computer based testing. Thorough certification and documentation checks carried out. Specific upgrading courses required prior boarding to ensure quality seagoing personnel . The company maintains a crew recording system of house crew based on a computer data base to have more control in selection, retention and training.
CREW TRAINING:
We place much emphasis upon our crew training based on STCW-95 . Our policy is that no officer or crew member will embark any vessel unless his certificates of training have been obtained within the preceding 5 years. Crew members whose last training or certification was no longer than our five year limit must undergo retraining and upgrading courses.
DESIGN AND MARKETING OF COMPUTER SOFTWARE PROGRAMS FOR TRAINING OF DECK AND ENGINEERING PERSONNEL:
Actively involved in the design and development of computer training programs including the EPTEC (Engine Personnel Training and Evaluation by Computer ) and COLREGS (Collision Avoidance and Regulations ) for navigational watch keepers . The company is presently the sole marketing arm of these computer softwares worldwide.
ACCOUNTING:
We prepare and summarizes ships account for foreign Principals including but not limited to ships payroll, ship supplies, salary remittances and various billing transactions relevant to ship operations. Records and documents received from abroad are assimilated and maintained locally with the advantage of a competitively low labor cost.

CAPT. JUANITO G. SALVATIERRA JR. President / General Manager - Experienced Shipmaster with over 15 years sea service onboard different types of ocean going vessels . Held the position of Crewing Manager, Training Director and Executive Vice - President for a leading shipping agency employing over 1,500 seamen . Director of PAMAS / INTERMAP, a leading manning agency association in the Philippines .
RAYMUNDO G. GAMPAY Vice President / Controller - Multi-awarded for consistently receiving top honors in areas of his field . With sea-going vessel experience, held the position of tax consultant , income auditor, and accountant for many years . High literacy with computers, perform as computer programmer for various office reports and correspondence.
CAPTAIN Jaime D. Quiñones Marine Manager - A seasoned Master and Marine Educator with extensive experience in the Operation and Management of all types of tanker vessels, and in the aspects of Maritime Education and Training . He has held various key position as Marine Superintendent, Director and AVP of well respected and reputable Training Center in the Philippines .
CHIEF ENGINEER LINO B. BELEN Technical Manager - A long serving professional Chief Engineer with relevant experience aboard various ocean going vessels ranging from special purpose cargo ships to the modern mammoth tankers. He also has an extensive experience as Technical Superintendent abroad. His previous work experience includes as Port Engineer, Crewing Manager and Training Manager in established Manning Agencies in the Philippines.
CAPTAIN JULITO S. ESBER Operations / Crewing Manager - Experienced Shipmaster for over 14 years sea service onboard different types of sea- going vessels. Crewing Manager for 5 years in one of the most reputable Manning Agency in the Philippines.
MICHAEL A. MALIWANAG Administrative Manager / Treasurer - With years of experience in the field of personnel relations and supervision, purchasing and cash handling . Have also acquired seagoing experience while serving as computer technician for maintenance of shipboard computers. Coordinates with government offices, embassies, and travel agencies for processing of documents relevant to shipping operations and seafarer's travel and visa requirements .
