Obviously, our first move is to meet with You, our prospective new Client and receive a full briefing as to what You perceive are the problem areas with your business. We may require several briefings, we may require several visits and we will nearly always require clarification of anomalies that we discover. We need a frank and honest picture of the business as well as a realistic expectation of the business's future. We do not expect to ever have your product knowledge, but we do expect to identify a market strategy and a time frame. All, of course will depend on what your business can cope with.
WHAT DOES IT COST?
The cost of using Marlow Stevens Associates will of course vary and be dependant on how much work is required to achieve your goals. The first meeting or briefing will be carried out at our expense and at that time we may be able to give you an estimate as to what the costs may be. Marlow Stevens Associates have a variety of charging methods to suit the Client's requirements. In some cases on an hourly basis, a monthly retainer, a per job basis or perhaps on a productivity basis. In any case the results far outweigh the tax-deductable costs. Needless to say for us to commence any job, we will require a deposit.
